Launch your career in flight test engineering with the National Test Pilot School Graduate Assistant Program.
NTPS is now accepting applications for its competitive 3-year, paid Graduate Assistant program in Flight Test Engineering, starting December 1, 2025.
This program includes:
• A Professional Course Flight Test Engineer Certificate
• A Master of Science in Flight Test Engineering
• Three years of real-world flight test experience
• Direct mentorship from experienced test pilots and engineers
• Hands-on work in research and development projects
We are looking for motivated STEM graduates (minimum GPA 3.0) with a passion for aviation, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to relocate to Mojave, California.
Application deadline is May 7, 2025, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
